Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania is taking over downtown Pittsburgh to celebrate 100 years of Girl Scouting!
Join thousands of Girl Scouts on Aug. 17-19, 2012 to celebrate our history and embrace our future. This once-in-a-lifetime weekend is starting to come together - check out the information packet for a detailed outline of all the weekends festivities.

Schedule of Events
Friday, Aug. 17
Opening Ceremony in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center: 6-9 p.m. -- featuring a performance by pop sensation, Savvy!
Saturday, Aug. 18
Parade: 9:45 a.m.-noon
Volunteer Hospitality Area: noon-6 p.m.
Exhibitors: 1-4 p.m. (featuring our Program Partners)
Bridging Ceremony at the Clemente Bridge: 5 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 19
Forever Green Action Project: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Faith-Based Service: 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Don’t miss an opportunity to be a part of our Time Capsule! It will be open throughout the weekend at various venues to have your photo taken holding a white board with your answer to the question “What is your wish for the next 100 years of Girl Scouting?”
