Position Description

Developing the new organization. Ensuring that we have the staff organized and trained to support our volunteers and to offer program to our girl membership. Bringing together the strategic plan, at the organizational level, to create a high capacity girl scout council.

I would spend time on the challenge course and rifle ranges.

Watching the look on the faces of the girls and they learn or accomplish something new or something that challenges them.
