Program Aide (PA)There are three steps to earn the Program Aide award for Cadettes (grades 6-8). Earn one LiA award, complete a council-designed PA leadership course training, and work directly with younger girls over six activity sessions. See the Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting for details.

This award is for "Seniors" (grade 10) and Ambassadors (grades 11-12) that want to mentor younger girls in a camp setting and build skills toward becoming a camp counselor. The steps to earning this award are outlined in the Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting.
Counselor-In-Training (CIT) II
To earn this award, Ambassadors (grades 11-12) must first earn the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) award, then work with younger girls over the course of at least one camp session while focusing on increasing their skills in one specific area—such as riding instruction, lifeguarding, or the arts.
