Girl Scout Silver Award

The Silver Award is the highest award earned by Cadette Girl Scouts. This Award acknowledges achievements in leadership development, with community based actions having a sustainable element and incorporating personal growth. The project advisor, while not required, is key to moving the project from good to great. This project involves girl led, outcome based, sustainable leadership projects of 50 hours where girls working in groups of 2-4, demonstrating their unique leadership role. A Silver Award Final Report Form is required to be filled out by each girl emphasizing leadership.
