This fall, the MagNut Program’s theme makes the statement that girls are leading the way into our anniversary year–and a new century of Girl Scouting!
Highlights Include:
- Unique collectible tins that are perfect for holiday gift-giving and keepsakes
- New “Treats for Troops” will ship nuts directly from the vendor to our military troops
- Customer-friendly online magazine ordering
- Proceeds provide great start-up funds for your troop or group
- Program resources will be available online: Be A Reader Activities and MagNut Theme Activities
What is the QSP Online Program?
It is an online learning activity for girls, and a way for your family and friends to purchase magazines online. Girl Scouts can earn the Online patch, incentive credit and troops earn a minimum of 15 percent proceeds.
How Does It Work?
It’s easy! Parents, click on the “QSP Online Program Button" to get started! Don't forget to check throughout the sale to track your progress and enter additional emails to meet your goals quicker.
- Register your Girl Scout.
- Girls complete the goal setting activity.
- Personalize the message that will be emailed (you may include a photograph and your goal).
- If you send 12 or more emails earn the Online Patch.
- Order your family’s subscriptions and invite other family members and friends to shop online to order or re-new their magazine subscriptions.
- You may also “click” the option to have the Nut Card attached to selected emails to receive nut promises. NOTE: You must deliver those orders and customers cannot pay for them online… so don’t include it on those that are too far to deliver!!! Any Nut Promises are recorded on the girls order card, delivered and monies collected--- just like any other nut order!
- Submit the “Detailed Order Report to your troop by November 29th for credit.
NEW: LINK TO FACEBOOK!
As part of Online Registration, parents may link the QSP store to their Facebook newsfeed, allowing their friends to buy magazines and have their Girl Scout receive credit.

QSP does not rent or sell e-mail addresses or use them for any other purposes. We respect everyone’s right to privacy.
NEW This Year! Treats For Troops
Customers may donate $5 to support GSWPA’s “Treats for Troops” program. A $5 donation will ship one can of nuts directly to military troops. Girls that have five or more donations will receive the Share patch.
Activities
Design your own magazine, build and run a lemonade stand and complete age level games related to the 2011 MagNut Program!
