Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania Spring 2009 Early Bird Registration

Apr 29, 2009 Posted in Newsroom, Press Releases

Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania (GSWPA) will conduct Early Bird/Spring Registration this year through June 30, 2009. Early Bird/Spring Registration ensures a girl’s place in the troop and helps leaders plan for the upcoming year.

Early Bird/Spring Registration is an incentive based program that rewards girls who participate. All existing troops and individual members who plan to return to Girl Scouts for the 2009-10 membership year are eligible. Every girl and adult who re-registers by June 30, 2009 will receive a patch, including anyone re-registering as a new lifetime member. The patch is exclusive to girls participating in Spring Registration.

Membership registration dues update:

  • Girl Scouts of the USA has increased girl and adult annual membership dues to $12.
  • Lifetime membership has been increased to $300.
  • Graduating Ambassador Girl Scout lifetime membership is $156 if purchased before current membership expires.
