    Come back to camp this winter, hang out with your favorite summer camp counselors and stay overnight. Enjoy your favorite foods, crafts, songs and games from the summer at Redwing! Spend the evening enjoying a campfire and s’mores! You can also register for 2015 summer camp.

  • Mom and Me Winter Memories

    Location: Camp Hawthorne Ridge, 7755 Hawthorne Ridge Rd., Girard, PA 16417 – Erie County
    Date/Time: Jan. 23-24, Fri. 7 p.m.-Sat. 3 p.m.
    Cost: $30 per girl/$15 per adult
    Minimum Capacity: 15
    Registration Deadline: January 16

    Bring your mom (or significant female adult) and spend the night at camp. Learn outdoor skills, build snow sculptures, make winter crafts, cross country ski, snowshoe, hike and make s’mores.

  • Girls and Women in Sports Day

    Saturday, Feb 07 @ 11:30 am

    Girl Grades: K-8
    Location: Mercyhurst University, REC Gym, 501 East 38th St., Erie, PA 16546 – Erie County
    Time: 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
    Cost: $5 per girl/No adult fee
    Minimum Capacity: 15
    Registration Deadline: January 23

    Mercyhurst University’s 4th annual Girls and Women in Sports Day allows you to interact with female athletes from more than 10 teams, including field hockey, water polo and rowing! Pass a volleyball, shoot a hockey puck, bounce a tennis ball, throw a softball and participate in other activities with Mercyhurst athletes. Then, cheer on the Lady Lakers basketball team as they take on the Edinboro Fighting Scots. Free giveaways, halftime events and pizza rounds out the day as you’re introduced to sports at the collegiate level, and celebrate being a Mercyhurst Laker for the day! This is a great opportunity to work on the Brownie Fair Play badge, the Junior Practice With Purpose badge or the Cadette Good Sportsmanship badge.
