The B.O.L.D. Explorer Patch Program helps Girl Scouts live out the
values in their Promise and Law by providing an adventurous,
supportive environment where they can grow through challenges, which
also relates to the Dragon's Den values!
Join fellow Brownies
and Juniors as they embark on the lower ropes course at this landmark
location in Homestead, PA. Over a 3-hour timeframe, Girl Scouts will
overcome a wide range of challenges and pursue different activities
which empower themselves as well as each other.

Girl Scouts will not only have fun by
climbing he lower ropes course at this facility, but they will also be
celebrating the 4, key factors required to earn their BOLD Explorer
patch at the conclusion of this event! Throughout this timeframe, they
will be celebrating one another by being BRAVE by stepping outside
their comfort zones (Ropes Course), ORGANIZED by caring for their
gear, planning, and executing problem solving challenges, LOYALITY, by
collaborating, supporting, encouraging, and cheering on their team,
and DETERMINED, by persevering through the challenges of the climbing
wall! Girls earn this patch through hands-on physical, mental, and
emotional growth experiences.
This event doesn't end with the
ropes course though! There are several additional SELF-based games
that will be included to enhance the experience and support Girl Scout
Law values. A self reflection activity, Girl Scout Challenge activity,
Leadership game, and an Attention and Impulse control game.

want to miss this unique and exciting event that is sure to be a hit
with everyone who attends!
***Adult supervision for the duration of the event is
required.
