Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania At-Home Activities for Girls

We've been so excited to see how you're continuing Girl Scouts while you’re at home. Send pictures and videos of your girls working on virtual activities to socialmedia@gswpa.org or on Facebook messenger. We’ll be sharing your pictures and videos on our social media channels, and you can, too! Use #CantStopGirlScouts.

Patch Programs: Bring the exploration, fun, and learning of Girl Scouts to your family or troop even when circumstances are keeping Girl Scouts from meeting in person. Use our self-guided PDFs or virtual patch program videos to keep your girl, your troop, and your community connected.

Fall/Winter Get Outdoors Challenge

Download the fall/winter activity checklist. Complete the required number of activities for your level between October 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021. After completing the activities for your level, girls and adults can purchase their Get Outdoors Challenge main patch for $4 or unique fall/winter patch for $2.

Kindness Challenge: Record a video with an encouraging message, get-well message, or ways we can support each other during this time.

Make a thank you video for frontline workers who are serving your community during this time. Submit to us via Facebook Messenger or by emailing socialmedia@gswpa.org.

Write, draw, or send a message to a Girl Scout sister to share something you like about her.

Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards: Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors—are you ready to start earning your Bronze, Silver, or Gold Award? Now is a great time to take your online training! Visit our Gold, Silver and Bronze Award webpages to learn more about these awards, watch the training webinars, and get started on your highest awards. We've also added workshop webinars and FAQ sessions for girls working on their Gold and Silver Awards.
