All Girl Scout Western Pennsylvania programs are run in accordance with guidelines from the CDC, American Camp Association, Pennsylvania State Health Department, and Girl Scouts of America.

Ways to Participate
Please note that this is not a “troop” event. You are encouraged to sign up for the sessions you want to attend and make new friends along the way. If you want to participate with a friend, you must sign up for the same session to be together.

Program Activities
- Girls Scouts will choose their sessions for both Friday and/or Saturday.
- Sessions will fill on a first-come, first-choice basis based on the capacity of each event.
- You will NOT be able to change sessions after you register.
- Everybody will be assigned a sleeping arrangement unless you opt to camp in a tent. Your camper will be notified of the specific sleeping arrangement she is assigned to during check-in.
- Please note, due to weather or other forces out of our control, programs are subject to change.
- Remember, this is not a troop event, and girls do not need to sign up for the same programs. This is an opportunity to try different things and make new friends in a safe and fun environment.
Cost
Costs are based on the length of stay for the event and what is included.

Accommodations
Please note that this is not a "troop" event, so it is not guaranteed that a troop will remain together, but we will do our best to do so. All sleeping assignments will follow our council’s Safety Activity Checkpoints.
Sleeping assignments will be given at check-in. There are no requests for specific cabins so we can ensure that we can maximize our space. If you have any special accommodations, please contact customer care at customercare@gswpa.org.
Camp Conshatawba has a mix of platform tents and cabins on the property. Each sleeping area has a toilet (either in the building or outside of it) and access to showers.

Participants can request to camp in their own tent during this event. Those who register to camp will need to bring their own gear and will be responsible for setting it up and taking it down.
Volunteers/Adult Attendance
Adults are required to be current Girl Scout members and have a current background check on file.
