How Can We Help You?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the support you need to have an amazing year in Girl Scouts. Here’s how our staff are set up to help you:

Customer Care

Have a question? Call 800-248-3355 or email us and our Customer Care staff will happily assist you. If they don’t know the answer, they find the right person to get back to you quickly.

Retail Support

We think of our retail shops as more than a place to get your Girl Scout gear. Our Retail Support staff make sure you have the right essentials for your Girl Scout or troop. They help you purchase the guides and badges you need, fun patches for girls to remember their experiences, uniforms to be official and fun Girl Scout swag, too.

Volunteer Support Specialists

Our Volunteer Support Specialists are committed to helping your volunteer experience in Girl Scouting run smoothly. Need training? Not sure how a process works? Want to take it to the next level?  Whether supporting a Service Unit or an individual volunteer experience, your Volunteer Support Specialists are ready to help you find what you need.

Recruitment Specialists

Recruitment Specialists are out in our communities spreading the word about Girl Scouting so more girls and volunteers become members. Need advice setting up a recruitment event at your school? Know of a community group who just has to hear about the benefits of Girl Scouting? Call on this team.

Internal Recruitment Specialists

Not sure how you want to participate or have questions during the membership registration process? Our Internal Recruitment Specialists are here to help. They have detailed knowledge of the process and can help you at any point along the way. They make sure your clearances are up-to-date and your personal information is safe, too.

Girl Experience Specialists

In Girl Scouts, we encourage girls to follow the fun. Girl Experience Specialists are here to help you and your troop – and Indie Girl Scouts – navigate through the sea of opportunities at every level to find the perfect options for your Girl Scouts. This includes earning the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards, learning about fun GSWPA programs for your girls, and taking the steps to plan your own adventures – and all the other things troops can do through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. The sky’s the limit!

Product Sales (Cookie & MagNut Programs)

Girl Scouts and Cookies go together like, well, Girl Scouts and Cookies! Our Product Sales team works all year on the Cookie and MagNut Programs so girls can have amazing experiences and earn proceeds for great adventures in Girl Scouting. And when it comes to cookies, nuts and candy, our girls mean business!

Outdoor Experience

Who makes the wonders of camp come alive for our girls? It’s our Outdoor Experience staff. They’ve got an amazing knack – and a real passion – for teaching girls all about the outdoors. Know what else is great? They provide opportunities at camp all year.

Property staff, like our super hero camp rangers, work tirelessly to keep our beautiful camps ready – and safe – for year-round adventures.

Who puts activity guides, like Camp S’more, and all our newsletters together, gets the word out about the Cookie Program and shouts from the rooftops about the fantastic things girls do in Girl Scouts? The Communications Team! Have a photo or story to share? Be sure to connect with them. They want to hear from you!

Fund Development

It’s super important to tell community groups, foundations and organizations about how girls change the world through Girl Scouting. The Fund Development department does just that. They meet with organizations and individuals, organize events and think up new ways for the community to invest in our organization and our girls’ futures.

Finance & Human Resources (HR)

The behind-the-scenes work of these teams keep everything moving. Our Finance department isn’t just about numbers – although they love them! They connect troop banking, online program registration and the Cookie and MagNut Programs together. And besides the day-to-day work the HR department does with GSWPA staff, they have a huge role in making sure our camps are staffed and ready for our girls.

Data Reporting & Information Technology (IT)

These two departments keep the data flowing so you can get the info you need. IT keeps us connected so you can get the info you need when you need it. Data Reporting works to make sure our information is up to date and error free which makes Girl Scouting easier for everybody.

Executive Team

Our Executive Team is the primary leadership team for GSWPA. They work together to set strategic direction for staff based on what our volunteers and girls need. They also work with our volunteer Board of Directors.
