Girl Scout Bronze Award
The Bronze Award is is the highest award earned by Junior Girl Scouts. The prerequisites of the award for girls grades 4th & 5th are: To be a current member of GSWPA, complete a journey and the associated "Take Action" project (choose one journey from the three available series; It’s Your Story-Tell It, It’s You’re Planet-Love It, It’s your World-Change It.) The Bronze Award project is a "suggested minimum" of 20 hours, girl led, group(may also be done individually), leadership project (not service or collection based)which address the root cause of an issue the girls are passionate about. This project may be completed either in their community or within Girl Scouts.
At this time no formal council paperwork is required-leader approval then purchase of the Bronze pin through the council shop at the "leaders discretion". For more information contact "firstname.lastname@example.org"
