It's Journey-Palooza's 10th Anniversary! To celebrate, we're offering
two options for Journey-Palooza: Base Camp & The Summit.
Base Camp: It's Your Planet - Change It!
When: Saturday,
September 27 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday will include
sessions for Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors.
Each age level will earn its respective It's Your Planet Journey.
Enjoy a great day at camp full of journey activities and classic camp
fun! A morning and afternoon snack will be provided. Girl Scouts will
need to bring a bagged lunch. Girls will receive their Journey Award
and custom Journey-Palooza patch.
The Summit: It's Your
Planet - Change It!, Think Like an Engineer, and Think Like a Citizen
Scientist
When: Saturday, September 27, from 9 a.m. to Sunday,
September 28, at 3 p.m.
Girl Scouts on their Journey to
the Summit will earn and receive their respective It's Your Planet,
Think Like an Engineer, and Think Like a Citizen Scientist Journeys.
Girl Scouts will receive all three Journey Awards, a custom
Journey-Palooza patch, a custom Journey to the Summit patch, and the
Girl Scout Summit Award. Saturday morning and afternoon snacks,
Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, and morning snack are included.
Girl Scouts will need to bring a bagged lunch for Saturday and
Sunday.
ADULTS - If you are interested in
volunteering to help lead activities during the sessions, please fill

and a member of the Girl Program will be in contact.
Adult supervision for the duration of the event is required. Girl
Scouts must attend with a caregiver or troop leaders that meet ratio.
All attending adults must be registered for the event. No tagalongs
are permitted.
Overnight Accommodations: Only Girl Scouts
who have registered to stay overnight will be permitted to stay. All
adults staying overnight must be registered members and background
checked.
