Questions or concerns? Our customer care team is happy to assist you! Reach them at 800-248-3355 or email@example.com
To help manage the rising costs of maintaining camps while keeping programs affordable for families, we’re offering a new voluntary three-tiered pricing model.
Price selection is completely confidential and in no way affects the quality of the camp experience. Each household makes this decision, and additional financial documents will not be required.
When you register for a camp session, you will be asked to select the tier that best fits your family’s financial situation.
|Tier One (T1)||The standard fee that all our members are asked to pay. Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania subsidizes the remainder of the cost through other revenue sources, donations, and grants.|
|Tier Two (T2)||Our partially subsidized cost for families that can pay a little more, but not the actual cost of camp.|
|Tier Three (T3)||While this option does not cover the cost of camp entirely, it does help us pay for program supplies, staffing, food, and maintenance.|
Financial assistance is available to girls to cover one council-sponsored camp per membership year. If you'd like to request financial assistance for camp, first save your girl's spot at camp by registering for the session she'd like to attend, then complete the Financial Assistance Application.
If you have not completed your girl membership registration for this membership year, you must do so first by completing the Girl Membership Registration.
Double your Girl Scout Bucks for camp! Girls receive double the value of Girl Scout Bucks toward any Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania resident camp! To register and pay for all or part of camp using Girl Scout Bucks or Program Reward Credits*, please complete our redemption form.

Our camp sessions are overflowing with ways to make friends and memories and every day is full of fun and adventure! Here's a peek at what a typical day at camp looks like:
Girl Scouts will participate in four programs per day (dependent on weather and/or health and safety precautions) ranging from swimming to hiking to taking on the challenge course to horseback riding. In between all of the fun, camp traditions like campfires, evening activities, cookouts, and s’more-making take place.
Three well-balanced meals and one afternoon snack are served daily (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available).
Campers participate in kapers (camp chores) like setting up for meals, leading songs after meals, cleaning up their cabin, and other daily tasks together as a unit to enhance the camp community.
At camp, we believe that girl-led programs are vital to the Girl Scout movement. Campers will have the opportunity to make important decisions in their units like their cookout meal, choice activities, and campfire songs, and lead their very own Scout’s Own ceremony on Friday!
Not a Girl Scout? No problem! Girl Scouts is for every girl—and you don’t need to join a troop. Simply become an Individually Registered Girl Scout for $25 annually and you can enjoy summer camp and all of the other activities and programs that make Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania so much fun!
Want to attend summer camp with a Girl Scout member? We have a few specific camp sessions that are open for non-members to attend camp with their Girl Scout bestie. Both members and non-members must be registered for the camp session to attend. For details on how to register as a non-member, click on Camp Registration above and scroll to "Step-by-step camp registration instructions for non-members."
Warning. This is not your everyday summer experience. Come ready to make new friends, play, explore, discover, and have the time of your life. It’s going to be one unforgettable summer.
