Bling Your Booth Contest
Bling Your Booth is our most popular contest, and we're excited to bring it back again this year. Let your creativity shine and design a blinged-out booth that is as unique as you! To participate in the contest, enter one photo of your booth using the online entry form from Feb. 27 through March 31.
Entries we receive will be compiled and posted to our Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania Facebook page on April 1, and voting will be open until April 8 at 10 a.m. Be sure to share your booth with your family and friends because, at the end of the week, the booth with the most reactions will be selected as the winner! (Just remember, only reactions on the original photo, not the shared post, will count.)
Our staff will also choose a separate overall winner whose booth design blew us away this cookie season. We'll be looking for:
- the troop number
- the troop's goal
- promotion of Operation: Sweet Appreciation or Troop Gift of Caring
- cost of the cookies
- Digital Cookie Cookies-in-Hand credit card processing
- creative presentation
- girls in uniforms/vests/sashes, Girl Scout attire, or themed costumes
Both winners will receive a Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania shop gift certificate.

Bling Your Booth Ideas
Here are some ideas for how to Bling Your Booth:
Pick an original cookie booth theme, like tropical or girl power, or use this year's cookie theme, Embrace Possibility, featuring our panda mascot! Create fun posters and signs to fit with your theme and draw attention to your booth. You can decorate it with paint, glitter, drawings, lights, and so much more.
Incorporate things girls want their customers to know about the cookie program: promotion of the 5 Skills (Goal Setting, Decision Making, Money Management, People Skills, and Business Ethics), 5 for Five! customer contest, Operation: Sweet Appreciation, Gift of Caring, and troop goals.
Have fun with it! Create anything that makes your booth stand out from the crowd.
