This popular fairytale is being presented by Johnstown Concert
Ballet. The ballet delves into themes of mothering, children, and the
conflicting desires of the parents, with a focus on the emotional
journey of Rapunzel and her family.
Prior to the performance,
Girl Scouts and their families are being offered an exclusive
backstage tour, ballet class demonstration, and ticket to see Rapunzel
on Friday, May 2nd!
Not only this but a ballet patch will be
included for every Girl Scout!
A section of the theatre will be
reserved just for Girl Scouts and their families!

Director, Eden Mishler Ihrig, is set to the breathtaking music of
Johann Brahms and promises to be the production of a lifetime!
From the enchanting and unique take on this classic story to the
exquisite costumes, stunning set design, and mesmerizing choreography,
this performance is sure to leave audiences spellbound. Featuring over
70 talented local students, countless dedicated volunteers, and the
expertise of Johnstown Concert Ballet's incredible director and
faculty, Rapunzel will be a testament to the magic of dance in the
Johnstown community.

hilarious performances from inventive and extremely talented actors

TIME: Showtime is 7PM but please plan on arriving by 5:30
for the Girl Scouts and their families to receive their exclusive
backstage tour as well as a private ballet class demonstration! Girl
Scouts and their families will then have a little downtime prior to
the performance to use the restroom, shop the boutique, grab
refreshments from the concessions, etc.
