In this shipped program box, Girl Scouts will explore science through
art. Girl Scouts will create art using circuits and electricity,
colorful chemical reactions, and engineering and physics. Each crafty
creation sparks curiosity while encouraging problem-solving,
creativity, and exploration of how science connects to everyday
life.
This box is available in three sizes:
Box for
1: Supplies for one Girl Scout
Box for 6: Supplies for up to 6
Girl Scouts
Box for 12: Supplies for up to 12 Girl Scouts
The Crafty Creations program boxes will ship on a rolling basis within
two weeks of October 15 until December 1, or until supplies run out.
The box will be shipped to the address on file for the person who
purchased the kit in myGS.
Troop Leaders purchasing the troop box do not need to register all girls for this event. Only register the troop leader to get the troop box.
The Crafty Creations program is geared towards Brownies,
Juniors, and Cadettes but Girl Scouts younger or older can enjoy the
activities.
Supplies, a fun patch, and shipping is included in
the cost. This program is partially funded by a grant from Colombia
Gas and NiSource Foundation.
There is no in-person or live
programming associated with this event.
