Paddle the islands of Oakmont on this fully-guided standup
paddleboard (SUP) adventure! Together we will explore the gorgeous
beaches, coves, and wildlife of Allegheny Islands State Park. This
location is great for all experience levels and includes commentary on
the unique history and ecology of one of Pennsylvania's most beautiful
state parks and protected areas.
The activity is suitable
for all skill levels and first-timers of yoga and paddleboarding are
welcome! SurfSUP Adventures will provide all instruction, a guide, and
all necessary gear and safety equipment. Plus they will share free
photos of your adventure afterwards!
Seniors will earn
their Paddling badge (not included).
Participants must be
11 years at the time of the event or older.
Adults can
register as a participant (meaning they get to go out on the water) or
attend as a non-participant (meaning they will stay on shore).
***Adult supervision for the duration of the event is required.
Girls must attend with a parent/guardian or troop leaders (following
ratio) whether the adult is participating or not.
