Our Annual Meeting is a great way to participate in our council's
business and network with our Girl Scout family. Our bylaws require an
Annual Meeting of the corporate membership-comprised of board members,
the board development committee, and council delegates. All members 14
years and older are invited to attend.
The meeting agenda
includes:
* Updates on council business and governance
decisions.
* Voting by council delegates on the board of
directors, board development committee, and girl advisory
committee.
* Proposals under consideration for the National
Council Session in July 2026.
* Presentation of awards to
outstanding Girl Scout volunteers.

Zoom:
The meeting will be held on Zoom Webinar and can be
attended by dialing in if needed. After you register, you will receive
a confirmation page with instructions on how to access the meeting.
Check-in for delegates is from 8-8:30 a.m. Voting will take place via
text. Voting members attending the Zoom Webinar will receive
instructions about voting prior to the meeting.
All other
attendees should log into Zoom through the provided link at 8:45 a.m.
