in our nation's capital! Join us for 3 fun-filled nights in
Washington, D.C. as we celebrate history, culture, and Girl Scout
sisterhood at the 2026 Girl Scout National Convention!
Travel in
style aboard a private motor coach with your Girl Scout friends as we
dive into the adventure of a lifetime.

afternoon at the International Spy Museum - learn the secrets of
espionage and uncover your inner spy!
* Dinner at the Hard Rock
Café - classic eats with a rock 'n' roll vibe

motorcoach transportation to Washington D.C. and daily trips to and
from the convention center
Add-On Experiences:
* Girl
Scout USA National Convention! - Each attendee must purchase a 3-Day
All Access pass to Girl Scouts Unite (National Convention) that
includes admission to the Girl Scout National Bridging Ceremony, Gold
Award Celebration, and a fun patch. Attendees may purchase their
passes individually or via the link in the Capital Adventures
confirmation letter.
* Monument by Moonlight Tour - Thursday
evening. See Washington D.C. sparkle after dark. This 2.5 hour bus
tour will show off the Capital city illuminated by moonlight.
Attendees may register through the link in the Capital Adventures
confirmation letter.
* Walking Tour - Friday evening. Gather
with GSWPA Girl Scouts and walk through D.C. to explore the National
Mall, with a photo opportunity at the White House. Attendees may
register through the link in the Capital Adventures confirmation
letter.
The Details:
Participants under the age of
8 must have a registered caregiver accompanying them. All Girl Scouts
must come with adequate adult supervision. Girl Scouts must attend
with a caregiver or a troop that meets the girl-to-adult ratio. All
adults must have a current Girl Scout membership and all clearances on
file with Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania by May 1, 2026.
This
trip includes all items listed under "Trip Highlights"
above, a GSWPA Washington D.C. T-shirt, a GSWPA custom travel patch, a
Washington D.C. Patch, and a snack/activity packet for the bus
ride.
The bus will make two pick-up and drop-off stops, one in
Edinboro, PA, and one in Cranberry Twp, PA.
Upon selecting your
spot, you must choose which type of hotel room you'd like based on the
number of people you are signing up with. Triple and Quad rooms may
require two people to share a queen or king-sized bed. Safety Activity
Checkpoints must be adhered to. If the size you want is not available,
please call or email customer care, and we will do our best to meet
your group's needs.

room): $1400
Double (two people to a room): $1100

(three people to a room): $975
Quad (four people to a room):

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the
time of registration to reserve your spot.

schedule is as follows:
March 1 - 50% due (deposit
included)
April 1 - 75% due (deposit included)

Refund policy for this trip:
*You
can purchase optional travel insurance from our tour vendor. The cost
ranges from $90 to $120 per person. Information on how to purchase the
travel insurance is located in your confirmation packet.
Without
the travel insurance:
* Up to 120 days (March 22) before the
trip, 50% of the total trip cost is refundable, minus the
deposit
* Up to 80 days (April 20) before the trip, 0% of the
total trip cost is refundable, minus the deposit.
A
minimum of 25 attendees is required for this trip to take place.
