Girl Scouts of all ages are invited to enjoy both the ice rink and
the indoor rock-climbing wall for a night of movement, confidence, and
fun.
Girls can skate at their own leisure throughout the
evening. Whether they are practicing spins, cruising with friends, or
stepping onto the ice for the very first time, skating is self-paced
and designed to be welcoming for all skill levels. This flexible
structure allows Girl Scouts to build confidence while enjoying an
active, supportive environment.
Rock climbing will take
place on a rotating schedule, with up to eight girls climbing at a
time. Each participant will have the opportunity to gear up, climb,
and challenge themselves while others cheer them on. Trained staff
will manage all equipment and ensure a safe and encouraging experience
for every climber.
All equipment is provided for both
activities, including skates, helmets, harnesses, and safety gear.
Girls should wear comfortable clothing they can move in and bring
socks for skating.
Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts will
complete activities that align with earning their Snow or Rock
Climbing Adventure Badge. Badges are not included with registration.
Girl Scouts of all other levels are welcome to join for the
experience, fun, and challenge, even if they are not working toward a
badge.
This program is a great fit for Girl Scouts who
want to try something new, stay active, and enjoy an exciting evening
with friends.
