On hand and in demand, customers across western Pennsylvania can now support their favorite girl entrepreneurs in person at cookie booths or by ordering their favorite Girl Scout Cookies online.
Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania invites community members to support their local girl entrepreneurs for a limited time. Using the Girl Scout Cookie Finder, consumers can enter their zip code to locate a nearby booth sale or to order cookies from a local troop for direct shipment to their front door.
"Booth sales are a vital part of the Girl Scout Cookie Program.” Said Patricia A. Burkart, CEO of Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania. “Every interaction a girl has at a booth is an opportunity to build confidence, strengthen community connections, and develop her entrepreneurial skills."
Cookie lovers can choose from nine highly sought-after cookie flavors, including Thin Mints®, Samoas®, Tagalongs®, Do-si-dos®, Adventurefuls®, Trefoils®, Lemon-Ups®, Toffee-tastic®, and the newest cookie flavor, Exploremores®.
All proceeds from the Girl Scout Cookie Program, the largest, girl-led entrepreneurial program in the world, help western Pennsylvania Girl Scouts fund invaluable experiences like attending summer camp, going on fun field trips, and spearheading meaningful community service projects. As consumers open their favorite package of Girl Scout Cookies, they are unboxing the future for girls in their community.
Cookies can also be donated to U.S. military active-duty and veteran service members, local law enforcement, and firefighters by selecting “Donate Cookies” during an online order or by connecting with a local Girl Scout.
