Are you a Girl Scout entering 9th-12th grade and curious about a career in healthcare? Join us for an exciting, hands-on day where you'll hear directly from professionals working in the field! Spend the day learning about real-life experiences in healthcare through an interactive panel and discussions. This is your chance to ask questions, gain insight, and explore different career paths! Spend the rest of the day participating in camp activities alongside of these healthcare heroes!
The day will consist of:
- A panel discussion with women in healthcare, learning about career paths and insights. Learn how these professionals found their path and made it happen!
- Specialty sessions led by the healthcare professionals will help participants learn more about what a "day in the life" looks like within the different healthcare fields.
- Interactive camp activities with the healthcare heroes! Participate in camp activities alongside the healthcare professionals to foster connection and mentorship opportunities. You will get to spend the day with nurses, an emergency medicine resident, art therapist, and physical therapist.
