Become a certified Small Craft Safety instructor to facilitate
canoeing and stand up paddleboarding at approved GSWPA locations.
Admission to the training is dependent on completed 263 Girl Scouts
Small Craft Safety Training: Canoes, Kayaks, and Stand-up Paddleboards
module in GSLearn.
Dress appropriately for the weather and be
sure to bring sun protection. You will get wet during the training. It
is also recommended to bring water, snacks, and something to take
notes with.
*This training is for Adult Girl Scouts 18+ only.
