Calling all Girl Scouts, friends, and families who love thrills,
adventure, and summer fun! Get ready for an unforgettable overnight
experience combining the magic of camp with a full day at Cedar Point,
home to some of the world's most exciting roller coasters and
attractions!
Your adventure begins Friday evening at
Hawthorne Ridge Camp, where participants will settle in for a fun
overnight with friends and family before heading out bright and early
Saturday morning aboard a private charter bus to Cedar Point. Spend
the day riding coasters, exploring the park, playing games, making
memories, and enjoying unlimited food and drinks all day long! After
an exciting day at the park, the group will head back to camp Saturday
night for one more overnight before wrapping up the weekend Sunday
morning.

* Girl Scouts of all
levels
* Caregivers and registered adults. All adults attending
must be registered members and have all clearances on file.
This trip will be coordinated by council staff.
What's included?
* Round-trip charter bus transportation
*
Cedar Point admission
* Premium All-Day Dining package,
including an entrée and side or snack every 90 minutes
*
Unlimited drink refills every 15 minutes throughout the day
*
Two overnight stays at camp
* Grab-and-go breakfast Saturday and
Sunday morning (items may include bananas, apples, cereal cups,
granola bars, juice boxes, and similar breakfast snacks)
This is designed to be a relaxed overnight camp experience with plenty
of time to unwind after a full day at the park. No formal camp
activities are planned, but participants may enjoy a casual evening
campfire together if interested.
Important Registration
Information:
* This trip requires a minimum of 54 registered
participants in order to run and remain economically feasible

Registration is limited based on charter bus capacity
* If
registration reaches capacity, we will work with our charter company
to determine whether an additional bus can be added
* No refunds
will be issued after June 22, 2026, as transportation and program
partners will already have been paid

Super Early Bird: $169 per participant for
registrations completed by June 8, 2026
* Early
Bird: $179 per participant for registrations completed June
9-26, 2026
* Regular Registration: $189 per
participant for registrations completed June 27-July 3, 2026
Flexible Payment Option: To help make this trip more accessible,
participants registering during the Super Early Bird or Early Bird
registration periods may reserve their spot with a $100 deposit. The
remaining balance can be paid at your convenience, but must be paid in
full by July 3, 2026. Any registration not paid in full by July 3 will
be canceled, and no refund on the deposit will be given.

Adult supervision for the duration of the event is
required. Girls must attend with a caregiver or troop leadership in
proper ratio. All attending adults must be registered so we can
confirm transportation and lodging accommodations in advance. No
tagalongs permitted.
